Dear participants, guests and organizers of the
6th International "Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition"!
Colleagues!
I would like to extend cordial congratulations on the occasion of opening of the "Integrated Safety
and Security Exhibition - 2013" on behalf of the Emercom of Russia!
Over the last years, the ISSE has deservedly gained a high status both on Russian and International
scale, it has become one of the world's leading platforms, demonstrated the achievements of science,
engineering and technology in the field of integrated security.
Today the whole world is customized with the objective tendencies of globalization, while the active
process of the integration of the Russian Federation in the global economy, including such a relatively
new field of it as industry of safety equipment, is going on .
Life safety, the struggle against disasters and rescue of people are noble, but not easy tasks. That's
why it is used to exchange experience and different information about the latest advances in the
development of new integrated technologies of people safety in the world community of fire and rescue.
The best format for this exchange is the large specialized exhibitions, such as the ISSE.
The main theme of the ISSE is the modernization of scientific, technical and engineering support in
the field of integrated security, which is part of the long-term policy of innovative development.
The ISSE gives a chance to demonstrate a wide range of advanced national and foreign
innovations and, as we all hope, will stimulate further introduction of modern national technologies in
practice of the emergency response.
