Dear organizers, participants and guests of the Exhibition!
On behalf of the Russian Engineering Union I have pleasure to welcome you on occasion of
opening of 8th International Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition ISSE 2015.
In the present complicated geopolitical conditions external challenges and threats, emergence of
the new destabilizing factors requires from Russia intensification of the whole system of integrated
security.
This international exhibition is aimed to work as interface between end users and manufacturers of
armaments and special technical equipment and assist to improvement of technical equipment of force
structures.
I am sure that this largest in Russia event will create most favourable conditions and open new
possibilities for exchange of experience and further development of interstate cooperation in this
important sphere.
Let me wish all the participants of ISSE 2015 Exhibition success in their work and efficient and fruitful
work.
