Dear friends!
The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass
Media of the Russian Federation is holding the second International
Forum of Digital Transformation of State Security “DIGITECH” at a
time, when this topic is definitely has the most priority and is the
most acute.

In the context of the rapid development and introduction of
information and communication technologies, countering new
challenges and threats in the information sphere becomes a
priority. In this regard, special attention is paid to improving the
information security system.
Today, Russian specialists are creating software products that
can withstand a large number of information threats. That is why
the Government of the Russian Federation has decided to provide
the necessary measures to support the information technology
industry, and the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia is
in constant dialogue with Russian developers and customers of
information systems.
The agenda of the Second International Forum of Digital
Transformation of State Security “DIGITECH” will increase the
pace of development of intra-industry cooperation, form verified
positions on the most relevant areas of development of the Russian
information technology industry and provide an opportunity for an
exchange of views to specialists from different fields.
I wish all participants of the Forum fruitful work and constructive
interaction!
