Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the Ministry of the Interior of
the Russian Federation I welcome the parti-
cipants and guests of the lnterpolitex-2016
International exhibition of means of state
security provision.
This year the exhibition presents its
multi-aspect exposition, from the armament
to the information protection means, for the
20th time running.
The lnterpolitex is rightfully one of the
leading international forum of military and
police equipment whose authority and signi-
ficance are generally recognized.
The security of the society, of the busi-
ness, of the people is the criteria used by
nationals of every state to evaluate the level
of activity of its Jaw enforcement agencies.
The unique character of the exhibition
consists in consecutive implementation of all
its programs according to main practical
benchmarks.
The central topic of the new exposition is
also significant. It is the “Scientific and tech-
nical potential of Russia in the interests of
law and order”. The subjects of conferences,
workshops, roundtables to be held
within the framework of the business pro-
gram reflect the most topical scientific and
technical challenges in this sphere.
The best Russian special units will
demonstrate the use of new samples of
weapon and special equipment at the
Moscow region testing ground. It is worth
mentioning that all the tasks carried out
during the exercise are applied.
Under the circumstances of combating
modem challenges and threats we need a
clear policy suggesting an intensive creation
of the innovative component with an increa-
se in technological power. At the same time
we have to understand that security should
become a unifying factor and impetus to
increase international cooperation in scien-
tific and business spheres.
I am convinced that the lnterpolitex-2016
as part of the world exhibition process in the
sphere of security will initiate the appearan-
ce of new scientific ideas and their imple-
mentation.
I express my deepest gratitude to all the
participants and guests of the exhibition for
their interest, I wish fruitful work in the inte-
rests of peace and stability.
