I would like to welcome the participants of the VI Forum of Non-
governmental Security Sphere “Safe capital” and the XXIV International
Exhibition of Means of State Security Provision “INTERPOLITEX-2020”!

The issues of security provision in law enforcement, social and civil
fields of life of our society have always been of the highest priority within
the process of state policy realization.
The implementation on an integrated basis of socially significant and
state programs of adaptation of modern security technologies in the work
of power structures, security companies and city services is the important
tool in addressing these issues.
For that particular purpose, annually we hold the Forum of Non-
governmental Security Sphere “Safe capital” on the grounds of the largest
security exhibition in Russia — “INTERPOLITEX”.
From year to year, the Forum increases its activity and relevance acting
as a systematic platform for dialogue between the state and the public,
developers and customers on the most alarming issues of implementing
security technologies in practical activities for the purpose of crime and
emergency prevention.
In 2020, the business program of the Forum is dedicated to the
implementation of such socially significant projects as “Safe capital”, “Fire
safety”, “Safe roads” and state programs “Information city” and “Smart city”
which are being realized by the Government of Moscow, the Moscow City
Duma, the law enforcement public association “Safe capital” and other law
enforcement associations and organizations.
There is no doubt that participation in the VI Forum of Non-
governmental Security Sphere “Safe capital” will become a key to
expanding the business partnership of manufacturers and developers of
security sector with state and security agencies. Moreover, the high-tech
platform of the XXIV International Exhibition of Means of State Security
Provision “INTERPOLITEX-2020” will allow to identify the most promising
technological developments and ready-made solutions of the market with
the highest rate of customers demand.
